About T.H. Hernandez

Welcome to my world! I am T.H. Hernandez, a published author specializing in young adult novels.

 

One of my notable works is THE UNION, a post-climate change dystopian adventure, which earned the honor of being a finalist in the 2015 San Diego Book Awards within the Young Adult Fiction category. Another exciting creation is SUPERHERO HIGH, an urban sci-fi teenage romance set in the vibrant backdrop of San Diego. My debut young adult contemporary novel, co-written with Jennifer DiGiovanni, is the delightful PROM-WRECKED, published through Entangled Teen.

Life fuels my creativity, and you'll often find me thriving on coffee, negronis, and immersed in Star Wars marathons or Bad Lip Reading videos. My passion lies in all things young adult, and I'm fortunate to share my home with three incredible young adults who constantly inspire me.

When I'm not lost in the imaginary worlds within my head, I reside in the sunny haven of San Diego with my husband, three college-aged spawns, a bearded dragon, a couple of cats, and our neurotic yet lovable rescue mutt, Artemis.
